Assignment #3- How I'm Feeling
I'm still having a hard time putting my ideas on paper. I want to continue to try to work on the computer, since I would like to develop those skills, but it is frustrating when the programs do not do what you want/expect them to do.
Here are the first two I've gotten close to finished. Plan to continue working on these tonight, or try to completely start over. Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'm liking what you're doing on the second one! though the colors remind me a little of US currency
ReplyDeleteyeah just in terms of color - everything seems very muted, in both cases. is that what you're going for? i like that you're playing with type considerably for the first poster but the flat magenta doesn't really work with the dull gray. the muted colors do fit together better for the second poster, though. nice text borders!
ReplyDeleteAre you intending to make the 5 look like the dollar sign? Because if so, then I totally get you, some can be expensive goals! The type shadows are looking really good! The first one is really fun and girly, the colors could pop out more!
